If this is the case where the man had a cell phone and the cop yells gun, gun, gun, they had zero reason to shoot. The police were clearly not sure of a threat because there was none. This is manslaughter by any definition. Any civilian would be charged with murder. More people will die if the police are not held to the same standard as anyone else.
And have a shiny object in his hand that turned out to be a cell phone but at night who knows whether it was a gun. I guess the black “civil rights leaders” don’t want the police to fire at a black unless he fires first.
