Trump beat Clinton by only 44,292 votes in the Pennsylvania 2016 presidential election. Trump beat Clinton in Michigan by 10,704 votes, and in Wisconsin by 22,748 votes. Trump collected 10 electoral votes for WI, 16 for MI, and 20 for PA for a total of 46. Had those electoral votes gone to Clinton instead, she would have reached 273, and won the election. Thus, Trump is president only because he got a total of 39,000 votes more than Clinton in three critical states. Those states all have significant urban areas, and the Democrats ginning up 39,000 fraudulent votes there is well within the realm of possibility, and a substantial cause for concern.
Not sure where you get your math from but 44k, plus 10k plus 22k does not add up to 39k... So, there’s that.
But to the larger picture, the lack of understanding of what and HOW Trump won these states is what you, and others who keep pushing this fraud narrative completely miss.
Folks who push the Fraud narrative, in my experience, don’t live in the states they claim will be lost to it.
WI from the state level, thanks to all the dem shenanigans and recalls, has probably the best organized GOP ground game in the entire upper midwest... Yes they lost the governorship, but that wasn’t overly surprising, nor was the incumbent senator holding the seat... the GOP didn’t even take the field in ANY of the senate races here... You think they are going to be able to fraud wisconsin in a big way, you don’t understand that state at all.
PA, the fact you claimed your total win was less that what Trump won by in PA alone shows you how little you understand about this state.
MI, is probably the 1 state where if Hillary had actually a brain in her head she may have held off Trumps win there.. but don’t think for one minute fraud wasn’t going on in Detroit at large numbers...
Trump WON IN SPITE OF IT, and that’s the point you, and others do not seem to grasp. Trump didn’t WIN here because the DEMS didn’t play the same games at the same levels as always, Trump won because he pulled in VOTES like not GOP ever has before... from people outside the traditional GOP base.... And here’s the little secret, He’s going to do it again in 2020, but bring even MORE OF THEM IN.
Oh, and heres another little tidbit for you.. TRUMP WON MN on election day!! Only pre banked early voting kept that state from turning blue, and had the election been a week or two later, he would have won that one as well!
This “fraud will steal it from Trump” is a bunch of whooey. Trump won here, and will win again, no matter what the Dems do, because he actually knows who his supporters are, and how to reach them, how to talk to them, and how to show them he is serious.. and in 2020 UNLIKE 2024.. .the Nevertrumper BS within the GOPe, is DEAD.. and he’ll stand on a 4 year track record so those who were hesitant to vote for him last time, will show up this time.
Will Fraud Happen? Of course it will, but this idea that its going to somehow be so much greater, is A) ludicrous, and B) shows a full lack of understanding of how and why TRUMP WON TO BEGIN WITH!
Trump laid out his plan to win the day he announced, staked it right up this part of the country, and there was NO DOUBT he would win... Just because you and other bought into the media crapola, and were “shocked” that he took these states, doesn’t mean that Trump fluked his wins here.
He had the won the day he announced, and since then has done more to broaden his support in these states by his policies and actions than any amount of Dem fraud will be able to counter.
The assumption that Trump won’t get multi tens of thousands more votes per state in 2020 than he did in 2016, and that somehow Dems will be able to create even more fraud shows an abject ignorance of these states, and why exactly Trump won them.
The folks pushing this narrative are just as delusional as those who didn’t see Trump was going to vanquish the other GOP candidates handily in 16...
Will the Dems cheat? Sure they will, will it cost Trump 2020? Not a chance in hell.
For your argument to be complete you have to include those states that Trump narrowly lost. If he got a few more there he would have won by an even larger margin.
