Rationally, you are correct; no one is going to logically argue her out of opinions she did not arrive at logically in the first place. But psychologically, if she gets enough negative feedback when she says or does something stupid, she may stop doing it. This would probably just be a surface behavioral change, but it might, might I say, force a corresponding change in her internalized beliefs.
When people disagree with her it confirms what she already knows.
Everyone else is stupid.
