“The moment the idea is admitted into society, that property is not as sacred as the laws of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence.”

That started when the 16th amendment (income tax) was ratified. It basically says that the government has first claim on whatever you earn. At its discretion, it may let you keep some of it.

It began when "In the beginning God created...male and female He created...He gave them dominion.." was stealthily replaced by "in the beginning Big Bang (exploding Cosmic Egg), and evolution" produced something variously known as an aggregate of matter in human form, bio-machines, hominids, holons and assorted dehumanized conceptions worth less than nothing

In Marxism for example, all humans are depersonalized, soulless aspects of the collective unconscious. Marxism’s scientifically engineered New Man is merely coalesced complex forms of matter-- a product of evolution and begotten by the Sovereign World State.

The New Man has lost all sense of individuality and exists drone-like in collectivized (totalized) society as a natural resource, a part of the whole, made for the whole, and relatively worthless if not coalesced within the collective.

. This nothingness is what has replaced "We the people" endowed with unalienable (God-given) rights in the eyes of our 'betters,' our genetically superior 'elite' class.
