It’s all about the destruction of western civilization, that is to say, civilization.
The key is that aspiration of all animal life is producing carbon dioxide. All animal life can be brought under law, taxation, restrictions, eugenics, reproductive limitations and controls, geographic locations permitted of said life, and much much worse.
