From now on do the people who post photos and videos on the internet only post kids fully dressed and above the waist.

I watched the video link in comment #1 after my first comment. It's sort of confusing, but the guy is talking about links in, I think, regular youtube videos, links put there by pedos that take someone through what he calls "wormholes" where the improper or porno videos are found.

So, this is really about some hidden, improper videos of kids that pedos provide links for in regular videos of kids AFAIK. That makes it seem even more ridiculous to start disabling comments on youtube sites where nothing improper is being done. It would make more sense to just prohibit links within comments on videos such Voice Kids.
