Bingo on the headline. It is my opinion that Kimmie didn’t make a sweeping deal because he didn’t have PERMISSION to make one. Deeper sanctions, that start pinching the upper crust in NK will be needed to get some further concessions. IMHO.
If you think we have a deep state... you haven’t considered how deep things are in North Korea :)
