Should have made them strike her remarks from the record. If it was a racist act, then that would imply he was a racist. Shouldn’t let that stand.
What a shame that Meadows wasn’t more colourful in his response. Had he told her she was disgusting, it might have received some press coverage. He was the epitome of class (high class), as was she (low class).

I think he rescinded his motion to have the remarks stricken after accepting her weak excuses and apology. The 1st of which was that she wasn’t necessarily referring to him as committing the racist act, although it was quite apparent.
No kidding - it was impossible that she WASN’T referring to him. She’s disgusting.
