This “treat customers like crap, Screw your employees, and the bottom line is all that matters” is BS. I killed my competition for a radius of 150 miles as the crow flies with business concepts that are no longer taught. If asked I will share... That's not what's being discussed. Trump has a tremendous reputation among his workers, for example.
It's about dealing with corrupt governments. Do you do business in Chicago, NYC, etc?
