As a Ct refugee in SC, I had the same reaction. So what?

Back in the day, I commuted to Stamford everyday along I 95 and was tortured by the tolls. I was radicalized by the movement to ban the tolls.

I laughed out loud when reading the proposal to install 82 tolls. If implemented, people in gulags would be less oppressed than Ct citizens.

Tolls, tolls, tolls. I first traveled through Connecticut in ‘62. My memory of the state was throwing quarters in toll booths repeatedly. Seems like I barely got the car back up to speed when there was another damn toll booth demanding a quarter. I bet the tolls are more now and they still don’t have the road paid for ;o)
