I am greatly saddened by the fact that our most populous states are limiting magazine sizes, outlawing semi-autos, and making a mockery out of the right to bear arms.
All with the silence of the Supreme Court.
Someone has to initiate a legal proceeding to get the issue to SCOTUS.
To the best of my knowledge, no one has initiated said proceeding.
Silence of the Court is due to few legal cases being filed...
The NRA is a borderline fake 2nd Amendment organization. They talk alot, do very little with legal action. If the NRA sued 1/100 the times the ACLU has the Supreme court would be busier in regards to the 2nd Amendment.
