And does anyone see the utterly ridiculous "reason" the Hispanic-surnamed guy uses? "...should greatly reduce the number of constituent complaints directed at us..." If illegal Hispanic criminal invaders are the ones doing the complaining ("It's too HARD for us to get drivers licenses so we can then illegally vote!"), then who cares?
