When you already had one?

In the Gay State (Massachusetts) passenger car licenses are good for 5 years. I think the Commonwealth just recently required the documents I mentioned for new applications and renewals.I assume it's connected to a Federal law that was passed a few years ago...can't recall what it's called.

In AZ you can get a valid driver’s license that is in good standing for 25 years.

So you can fly. In AZ, you can decide what kind of driver’s license you want.
