80% of Maine is not liberal.....that’s the 2nd Congressional District, Second Amendment country, which Donald Trump won by 10 points.
Maine apportions its electoral votes....the state only has four...Trump received one EV when he won the 2nd District, which he and his family visited a number of times.
Hitlery won the 1st CD, which IS liberal. 20% of the state. She received one electoral vote. Hitlery won the statewide vote by 2.9%, and received two more electoral votes.
I was not even aware that Maine had voted for this boondoogle.
It’s completely unconstitutional. If the RATS want to get rid of the Electoral College they have to go through the process of enacting a Constitutional Amendment, and the RATS will totally fail if they try it.
