Oh, but it is a resume enhancement. In politics, business, you name it.

You're just illiterate in Spanish and unable to read that particular resume.

It depends. Many of us don't like using it to pander to U.S. citizens who should be using English as their primary language. On the other hand, if one wants to read "Dark Night of the Soul" or "Don Quixote" in the original language, that is simply beig cultured and well-versed in great western literature.

In likewise, if you are speaking to people of another country in their native tongue to avoid bad translators, or even to show that you have some level of understanding of them in a way others may not, that is a good thing.
