I remember Jack LaLane and his dog (name? sorry).
Wish I had followed his advice. On his birthday he used to do something like tow a barge or something with a bit in his teeth while swimming, didn’t he?
I, on the other hand, groan and sigh if I have to get up to find where I set the remote and then go back to sit down again. Actually I have been walking outside briskly for 30-60 minutes nearly every day until our below zero windchills here in MI.

Jack LaLanne, in full Jack François Henri LaLanne, (born September 26, ... These included two handcuffed swims from Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco to Alcatraz Island—the second time at age 60 and towing a boat behind him—and a record-setting bout of more than 1,000 push-ups in 23 minutes.
He did a lot more than that even at advanced age.
