I write checks to pay bills because I am old and don’t trust that newfangled internet thingy.
My two sons, early 30’s, don’t pay for anything with checks.

It was that or they really do a good job helping you lose the weight as when you break off the diet, then have someone trailing you and beat the he(( out of you for thinking it. Beats having to call someone to talk you out of cheating your diet like in others. Very effective in making sure you don’t cheat. And you get some exercise in the process.
