No expert but here’s a question. If the US prevails and denies her citizenship based on not being subject to the jurisdiction- can that be used to deny citizenship to anchor babies?

Neither illegal aliens, foreign nationals, unlawful enemy combatants, aliens, diplomatic personnel, none are US citizens. None.

Based on current legal theory, probably not. There are specific exceptions for diplomats, and not any recognized for other foreign nationals.
There is some hope that traditional legal theory might be acknowledged in the future and exceptions recognized for all foreign nationals.
