Border smugglers now ramming down corrugated border fences with trucks in San Diego

As California's leftist Gov. Gavin Newsom grandstands about suing the Trump administration over its construction of a concrete border wall, Mexico's human smugglers are having a grand old time, ramming through the corrugated junk metal fencing that's there with heavy smuggling vehicles, terrorist-style. Here's the U.S. Customs and Border Protection photo from independent San Diego television news station KUSI, reporting the matter last night...(snip)

KUSI, if you recall, was the local San Diego television news station that was just doing its job when CNN asked its top reporter, Dan Plante, a grizzled old newsman who knows border issues like the back of his hand, to explain what Border Patrol officers think about the idea of a wall. Plante, who offered no opinions of his own, but who has serious sources based on his experience, transmitted that Border Patrol sentiment - that border enforcers do indeed think there's an emergency - accurately, as a newsman should, and CNN tried to silence that report. Not because Plante was inaccurate. But because they don't like Trump, and these so-called "journalists" decided that the actual facts might mess up their anti-Trump narrative. I wrote about that stunt here, which discredited CNN and made KUSI come out smelling like a rose. Now they're doing their job again, reporting this border wall breach, and it most certainly deserves more attention. It's news. And as actual news, it shows that President Trump is right.

exerpt is a little long but KUSI deserves due credit for their reporting.

And this will continue to happen even with the new wall. We build something big they build bigger.

The ONLY way to fix this is dirt naps for each and every smuggler/invader. Put them on the ground with some good ol US made lead fired from rifles manned by US Patriots.

They fear something, find it and use it.
Other than that the problem indeed is the MSM censored hews about this, or any social network.
I specialize in heavy equipment, its not a problem to build wall breaching equipment from just ordinary construction equipment. I could even design a heavy cable cutter like used in the oilfield to fast cut several dozen vertical posts of the latest barriers. And thats not even the consideration of explosive or thermite material.

Its a crisis, its going to get worse as they are probing for the weakness. More troops, and definitely a stronger ROE for events like this.

Agree with you re dirt naps for the sleaze illegals but must say from what I have learned it will take much more in the way of a vehicle than a truck of any size to plow thru the new wall.

Trump has the constitutional authority and duty to control the border without delaying a national emergency...but there IS an emergency all the same.

The ONLY way this invasion stops is by We the People physically in person and armed take action. It’s a titanic job. Are you up to it? Someone has to lead.

I’d say that’s mechanized invasion, which calls for a weaponized response.

The GOVERNOR should be arrested for SEDITION. He is endangering the nation with his antics.

Bulk purchases of anti personnel and anti tank mines. Cheaper that way.

Land mines on our side of the fencing would help.

By stronger Rules Of Engagement, I hope you don’t mean stronger rules... but rules for stronger engagement.

Definitely a stronger response is needed. Border Patrol should have something that will absolutely stop a vehicle even if its a big rig.

Exactly. Force must be met by superior force.

The Castle Doctrine of self defense should be applied to our sovereign borders. We have the right to defend, with all force necessary, both our homes and our country from invasion without retreating!

There are many direct ways to stifle this behavior...but there must be the political will. Many of our “leaders” despise the American Citizen and despise the Constitution. Pathetic.

This country has sacrificed everything since its inception to defend borders up to now where we still help defend Iraqi and Syrian borders for example. The fact that we don’t defend the Southern Border AGAIN is unconscionable.
