Judges have become all powerful by just taking it
By this “reasoning”, every recent law in NC must be tossed out.
I assume this will be appealed. This read as the one of the most absurd rulings I have ever heard of. And in the current environment, that’s saying something.

So then, he’s saying the entire North Carolina state legislature is an illegal legislative body?
If he’s intellectually honest, then he needs to overturn every piece of legislation passed, not just this voter ID law.
We need a law that makes decisions like this a federal crime.

Let me get this straight, judges decide if legislation is constitutional, now they’re deciding whether the Constitution meets their prerogatives?
