It’s hard to disagree with DiGenova’s suggestion to vote and own guns to prepare for the worst. I don’t know if we’re actually experiencing a civil war yet but it’s definitely moving in that direction. The press has lost all objectivity, federal judges rule by their political whims without a regard for the Constitution, students are routinely indoctrinated, etc, etc.

When Trump leaves the scene it will go down hill quickly. The feckless GOP cowards will do nothing just at the current NeverTrumpers, they see no danger as long as they are at the trough. The left will be blocked by Trumps conservative judicial appointments for a while and eventually they will begin to ignore the judiciary and it will then come to a head shortly thereafter.

The only thing determining when the civil war will kick off is the amount of abuse that regular Americans are willing to take. We are like the guy that has been slapped in the face not once, not twice, but several times, and we are standing there saying, "Boy this fellow is really making me angry. If he slaps me again, I just might hit him." Well, it really is up to us to decide when we're done being slapped around, but I guarantee the slapping isn't going to stop until we make it stop.
