“Homophobic” is a made up word that doesn’t even mean what is supposed to mean.
A phobia is defined as an extreme or irrational fear of something.
Nobody who doesn’t appreciate the homosexual lifestyle choice “fears” homosexuals. They believe their choices to be weak, immoral, even disgusting or perverted but “fear” no way. And, btw there is nothing “irrational” about believing the homosexual” lifestyle is immoral or sinful.
Just another typical made up lefty word that’s may be catchy but is in reality completely inaccurate.
With that said, I have friends who are gay. They don't shove their politics down my throat and so we get along just fine.

And since “phobos” means “fear” in Greek, “homos” means “the same”, also in Greek. So using the Greek cognates correctly, we conclude that “homophobia” means to fear that which is exactly the same as one’s own self.
But for some reason I don’t fear other straight Christian heterosexual gun owning conservatives. Go figure.
