So sorry, I was actually trying to respond to a different thread on a white powder incident, with more than one window on my computer open. I am glad that at least this thread was on a hoax letter.
Given the proportions of hoaxes to real threats has probably been somewhat less than a million to one the employees “dumb move” wasn't actually very risky. But we always took these white powder incidents very seriously even though one after the other was a hoax.
Never mind the white powder references were in this thread. I guess that I am getting confused in my old age.
