Guess I better not mention the events where people have done a lot worse with a lot less than the Vegas man that has brought us to the current state of affairs in air travel. TSA doesn’t care about your thoughts. They just shake you down and take what they don’t want you to have.
But I agree with you. Where there is no crime, there should be no punishment
We’re not at the “Minority Report” level of government ... yet. My point was that millions of Americans have 15 or more firearms and more than 1000 rnds of ammo and a list for when the shtf - this doesn’t make them criminals. The drug stuff is a crime but the rest of it is speculation and tainting the jury pool - a time honored tradition among law enforcement.
