The federal judge overseeing Roger Stone's criminal case in Washington, D.C., has ordered him to appear in court on Thursday to explain why the gag order she issued last week and his condition of release shouldn't be modified.
The order comes after Stone, an informal adviser of President Trump, shared and quickly deleted a photo of Judge Amy Berman Jackson on his Instagram account over the weekend with what appeared to be small crosshairs next to her head.

he told CBS News that the deleted image was posted by someone who works for him and wasn’t meant to be threatening. He told the Washington Post that those were not crosshairs in his initial post: “What some say are crosshairs are in fact the logo of the organization that originally posted it—something called corruption central. They use the logo in many photos.”
The photo is nothing of the sort. Freaking drama queen. No sane person could look at it and see that as a threat. She obviously didn’t when she stood there in front of that back drop.

Besides, people actually HAVE been killed in this coup. Seth Rich was killed because he knew it wasn’t Russians who stole DNC emails...it was HIM.

It could be an interesting vignette to watch a discussion of crosshairs turn into a request for statement of decision why terminating sanctions aren’t applied to Mueller for leaking the arrest to CNN. Prima fascia evidence of the court docket shows the indictment unsealed at 8:30 am. CNN was on site by 6:00 am. CNN’s counsel sent Stone’s attorney a copy of the still-sealed indictment at approx 6:30 am, as stated in documents submitted to the court previously. That’s 3 felonies affecting national security clearances right there. Add the heavily armored and armed 29 arresting agents with amphibious assault vehicles to arrest a non-violent victim, and you have over the top optics set in play by the prosecutor tainting the jury pool nation-wide. That should be grounds to dismiss the case and disbar Mueller for life.
