Judge Brian Hagedorn is being publicly trashed for being on the board of a small Christian school, and for blog posts when he was in law school discussing court cases about abortion and gay sex.
With six weeks left until election day in Wisconsin’s Supreme Court race, several far-left organizations are using media outlets to amplify a smear campaign against a judge based on his Christianity. Brian Hagedorn, a current Wisconsin Court of Appeals judge and former Scott Walker legal counsel, is being publicly trashed for being on the board of a small Christian school, and for blog posts when he was in law school discussing court cases about abortion and gay sex.
In considering a run for the state Supreme Court, the father of five children says, “I expected to be attacked here because that’s what’s happening all across the country–you know, ‘Are you now or have you ever been associated with the Knights of Columbus?'” he said, chuckling. “Interrogating people [nominated for office] if they went to a Bible study or the Knights of Columbus, that’s where we are as a country.”

This kind of political pressure and bigotry says that, in an America rapidly embedding LGBT legal and cultural preferences, religious integrity is at odds with the political regime.
Yup, the gay blades are busy cutting up government now.
We need a revolt to head off even more revolting things.
The left ignores the constitutional “no religious test” requirement at every turn.
Further proof no nation in history has survived widespread homosexuality.
Many are — America’s peculiar problem is the radicalization of the movement. It wants “RIGHTS, DAMMIT!” not just permission to operate in closets.

They are also attacking because this is a crucial race - if he wins conservatives will hold the Wisconsin Supreme Court for a long time. There is every likelihood that the 2020 election will bring out Liberals/progressives/college students en mass to defeat DJT and along the way defeat the conservative judge on the ballot for the State Supreme Court - if those two lose, then everything Walker did can be overturned. This is why Gov. Eavers is trying to get marijuana in his budget this year to set up a ballot initiative for 2020.

They are increasingly brazen in their anti Christian bigotry. And this is on top of a growing intensity of white hatred as well.
Christians in general, and straight white male Christians in particular, better prepare for what will be an attempt by the left to put us in the gulag. And if you think you can rely on your Constitutionally protected rights, you better think again.
A few years ago people had an excuse to laugh it off as ‘conspiracy theory’, but not now.
The morphing of all the civil rights thinking in law began with the “public accomodation” legal argument.
The Conservative Barry Goldwater began to part ways with the civil rights law movement at that point, whereas he had been a backer of the first (GOP sponsored) civil rights legislation intended to redress issues of LEGALLY ENFORCED segregation. The two - law enforced segregation, and choices in folks free associations are not the same condition.
Prior to that the civil rights issue in law, in line with the Constitution, was in certain places, particularly in a few southern states, THE GOVERNMENT WAS DISCRIMINATING, on the basis of “race”.
The core Constitutional issue was, and should have remained that THE GOVERNMENT cannot discriminate on the basis of “race”, and not that you, in your private associations, under your Constiutionally granted freedoms, cannot make choices that demonstrate preferences for some persons and not others. YOU can make those choices, while the government cannot.
Why? Because the government is everyone’s government and cannot pick and choose between citizens of various “race” categories, and yet because you on the other hand do not represent an entity that anyone is legally obligated to have any relationship with. Since no one is legally bound to have any relationship with you, you cannot be bound by a Constitutional mandate AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT for IT not to “discriminate”.
The “public accomodation” concept in civil rights law and court cases, made EVERYONE a de facto agent of the government and thereby bound by mandates against themselves that were intended by the Constitution to only be mandates against the government.
From that core area the law went down the slippery slope of a Constitutional restriction against the government, to the government without restriction making you a government agent in your free associations, denying your freedoms to choose and mandating whom you MUST choose, against your better judgement or not.
I am not making a moral argument here for racial prejudice. I personally think the heart of it is ignorance that leads to ignorance-based hate of whole categories of persons, without warrant. I think tolerance and experience over time overcomes most of that. However, I do not see that ignorance as mandated out of existence by anything in the Constitution and I think that experience shows that that blunt intstrument of the law is counter productive to that end.
The founders gave us a limited government for many reasons. One of which was they saw what would be the American society, in its freedoms, not the government, as the main architects of its social and economic success over time.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.
Ironically, it was our Judeo-Christian heritage, the Enlightenment, etc, that forms the basis for Equality under the law, Rule of Law, the right to face one’s accuser, a presumption of innocence, and a host of other protections.
No other civilization has done that, and nobody else probably comes close. We’ll rapidly go from #1 to #10; the left has been very strategic and very sly about their incrementalism. They claim to be for minority rights, but the most important minority is the individual, a minority of 1. In the leftist worldview, you are nothing, unless you are part of a group.
If one is black, they have a provisional membership so long as they stay on the reservation so to speak, and vote for liberals and leftist causes. Same with women, or homosexuals, or any number of groups the left has divided everyone into. Whites are barely tolerated, only insofar as they can be used. Blue collar normal males were jettisoned a long time ago, naturally. There is a pecking order, depending on “victimhood”, as there is a kind of virtue in victimhood.
None of this is new, but the masks have dropped and outright bigotry on the left is encouraged and cultivated.

This is precisely how the holocaust, and genocide are able to start.
Nationwide, academia, mass media/press, and entertainment are seeking the elimination of all moral boundaries. This means any who would defend or live by them.
There is no question, ultimately the wolves driving society toward these beliefs and requirements, want all Christians dead, and or their children completely perverted with gross immorality.
This is where we are going, unless God intervenes to stop it. In the end, the dominant directions of mans heart is against God, to be his own god, and to try and satisfy his own growing appetite for greater pleasures and entertainments.
As society goes down this path, our Constitution, liberty and freedom, and justice of the innocent cannot and will not be sustained.
Many conservatives and Christians just don’t know it yet.
This is a near mirror image of what happened in Germany in the late 1920’s to early 1930’s.
Full court press against God is the foundation for all of the bloodshed which took place, and will take place again. Only next time, it will be a significantly larger scale.
Heavenly Father, You are in charge of everything, the universe, the United States of America.
We offer prayers for Judge Brian Hagedorn who is being attacked for his faith. Please provide strength and protection for him and his family as well as other nominees who are or will be experiencing the same evil attacks. We pray for justice. And may the evil doers be removed from any ability to continue their malevolence.

The left is lucky that the constitution prohibits religious test since Marxism is a religion.
