Ditto that, except for raw Sushi. That stuff is just bait. I buy fresh seafood from SF, overnighted from Giovanni's Fish Market. It isn't cheap, but their crab and lobster is unbelievable. Better than the Chesapeake Bay just below PA in MD. As a retired nurseryman and former chef, I do the prep.
