But Turley says Leftist groups and congressional Democrats opposed to the president’s declaration are going to lose on the merits of the case because Congress has already bestowed such powers on the Executive Branch.I've been waiting for Truley to jump in on some of the current issues... I started fearing he had decided to move to the islands and live well... Glad he's here defending the Constitution ... as he's suppose to do.
