An 11-year-old Florida student was arrested for allegedly threatening to beat his teacher because he refused to recite the Pledge of Allegiance, calling the pledge “racist” to black people.
The boy was removed from a classroom at Lawton Chiles Middle Academy in Lakeland, Florida, and arrested by a school resource officer on February 4 after he allegedly refused to obey school officials’ orders, Bay News 9 reported Friday.
The officer then took the sixth-grader to a juvenile detention center, where officials charged him two misdemeanor offenses— disrupting a school function and resisting arrest without violence. School officials also suspended him for three days.
The alleged incident began when a substitute teacher asked the student to stand for the pledge.
The student, who usually does not stand for the pledge, replied that he would not participate in the Pledge of Allegiance because he believed the American flag is racist and the national anthem is offensive towards black people.
The substitute teacher pushed back, telling district officials she told the student, “Why if it was so bad here, he did not go to another place to live.”
“They brought me here,” the boy reportedly replied.
“Well you can always go back, because I came here from Cuba and the day I feel I’m not welcome here anymore I would find another place to live,” the teacher then reportedly answered, before calling in other school officials to deal with the student.
Things escalated when the boy allegedly refused to follow school officials’ orders, called them racists, threatened to beat the teacher and get the school officials fired, according to the arrest affidavit.

This Identity Politics is going BS toxic. It illustrates how far Left has been able to weaponize Identity Politics. We are entering a situation where the basic foundations of America are being tossed on the funeral pyre. I know a Ukrainian who left Communist Ukraine because his father could no longer work because of a politically incorrect statement. My friend says we are becoming like Communist Russia here. The Ukraine people are the most conservative people in America. The Cuban substitute is likewise conservative.

He’s only 11. He’s still working on the “getting his act together” stage. The album won’t be out for a few more years.

That about sums it up.
The lad is probably miffed because he was not permanently expelled and now he will have to go back to school after a couple of days.

Which is only natural for a kid with a short fuse and a tiny brain. Better he commits his crimes now and gets put into the corrections grinder before he gets old enough to hire out as a drive-by specialist.
Then stop teaching your kid to be a disrespectful racist.
I can’t be the only one to be sick and tired of all these fake victims crying racism at every turn in the road.
These professional victims, now as young as 11, have weaponized their protected but racist status as victims.
So freaking sick of it...

He’s got the attitude down, why bother to work for yourself when you can be the ultimate victim and blame everyone else.
Maybe many taken down now but recent 2 to 3 years of Youtubes had one school video, for example, with a woman in her late fifties defying a racist,sneering, hostile black teen in her class. She stood her ground telling him to go back to his chair. He defied her, punched her in the face and shoved her with his forearm. She stumbled and fell backwards on the floor. Students cheered and laughed at her.
This is NOT odd or atypical or unusual. Some student videos are taken down fast but while there show the pattern of urban public school “education” and the terrible lives of teachers today. Ask around among young people and they’ll show you some they have stored on their cell phones.
“RACIST!” and self aware victim status gutarantees that there will be another generation of utterly ignorant Democrat voters. That is the raison d’être of the Public School System.
She gets zero support for expressing her side of the discussion. The student feels vindicated by having the teacher punished for the Cardinal Sin of talking to him like a young man with the capacity of reason.
“You know they can’t think in those terms! That wasn’t fair.
Why did you purposely humiliate this little idiot in front of all his Homies? Have you always despised young black men who don’t want to learn anything?”

They are going to get the world they laughed and cheered for.
