Not sure about an act of terrorism (on yourself, essentially), but with the Feds sitting in, he’s likely in deep you-know-what.
I wouldn’t be surprised if The Man himself, PDJT, is personally involved to some degree in this. I can see him getting pissed off enough to make sure the federal agents drop Juicy to the full extent of the Law.
