I asked a question yesterday about the 6-month expiration and was dismissed with the implication I was naive.

This is a jumped-up CR meant to cut Trump’s support. Extreme language without the force of continuing law.

The commies are ecstatic because it is working on a few. (Rush reported a flash poll showing a 15% decline in support for Donald). Ask: why did they (MSM) poll that?

Everyone: there are NO (or damned few) authoritative sources any longer. Trust no one. Take the key words (Appropriation Bill in this case) and run them through a non-goog search engine. Pay attention to the general information, first, then extract the keywords from those and repeat the process.

I think all the search engines piggyback on goog after extracting the tracking functions (someone can enlighten us all if that is incorrect). The first page of goog is optimized by savvy content writers (this is called SEO and you can learn about it). Placement does not equate with accuracy. Placement is manipulated by both the search engine and the content creator. Often, you want the boring, but informative, results found on subsequent pages. This is for informational content.

Next, it often helps to ferret out BOD and investors for a *news* site. Look into each journo’s history, both personal and professional.

“Ain’t no one got time for that”? Then get used to being rolled, because that is the name of the present game. At the very least, withhold judgement and query our more informed FReepers, all of whom have been reiterating JME_FAN’s information.

Now (again, everyone): even Rush is not always right. He reads headlines (or his staff does) and he has been proven to use FR as show prep.

My personal history involves working in a business library during the transition from Dewey Decimal to Library of Congress. This is where I first encountered the concept of keywords. I have tried to learn as much as possible about Search Engine Optimization. A lot of this is deductive, because the algorithm is closely held AND it evolves because Goog et al are artificial intelligences. Bottom line is no one really knows how goog and the others rank search results. I will use the questions (that part of results on the goog 1st search page that has the handy drop down for answers to ‘what goog thinks the searcher wants to know’ and links to those answers)and the “related searches” found at the bottom of page 1 as guides, but since they are controlled by the algo, I try to withhold judgement.

Everyone wants Trump gone so they can control our lives and the massive resources of our nation and those of Western Civilization. Don’t assist them.

People here don’t seem to get that Breitbart is a total joke, now that Andrew is gone. Steve Bannon hijacked Breitbart, and he is proving himself a fanatical alt-right a-hole. While at the WH, Bannon was betraying confidentiality so to push his own agenda. Trump was right to fire the SOB. Now, Bannon’s goal is to damage Trump any way he can, because the President would not be his alt-right puppet.

Ann Coulter is a narcissistic opportunist - and I’ll wager she is borderline personality disorder, if not in fact a sociopath. The woman sleeps with Bill Maher, FFS! What the hell more evidence does one need to discern she’s a crazed loon with her own agenda? The ONLY thing Coulter cares about is gas-lighting the populace, so to make the soil fertile for her next book. How effing naive does one have to be to not understand her game?

Coulter, Bannon, Ingraham, and Horowitz are all connected with Breitbart - and they are all cranks who think they can manipulate President Trump to their will. These people are media attention whores. They are trying to damage this president with a disinformation campaign, because the publicity makes them money.

FReepers need to wise up. These clowns care only about their next windfall, garnered from the suckers whom they have manipulated through their mass media hyperbole. It’s their shtick. It’s what they do to keep an audience. They know most Americans have short attention spans, and so Coulter, et al, use their “drama” to keep you tuned in - keep you “hooked” - to their radio and television persona; and to keep you hungry for their next book.

While Bannon, Coulter, Ingraham, Horowitz, etc. each have their own personal political motives to play this rope-a-dope game of gas-lighting the American public, the common thread is they all are narcissistic opportunists looking to make a buck by hook or by crook.
