They could find an e-mail from Hillary to the FBI saying “I need you to kill a guy named Seth Rich for stealing e-mails from the DNC” and a response from the FBI saying “Got him, won’t be bothering you no more” and nobody would be inconvenienced a bit, much less go to jail over it.
