the Border Patrol does not photograph or take the fingerprints of migrants under the age of 14. This is a serious mistake, and one that risks the safety and dignity of those children.
Since the start of the fiscal year, in the Border Patrol's Yuma Sector alone, agents have identified 260 false family units; that is, aliens who did not honestly identify their familial relationships. The existence of such false family units is not exactly news,

Border patrol agents say they are alarmed by the growing number of migrants illegally crossing the border with children who are not their own to avoid long-term federal custody.
Deputy Chief Patrol Agent Raul Ortiz said he's seeing a growing number of migrant children crossing the border with people pretending to be their parents.
A decades-old settlement, known as the "Flores agreement," limits the amount of time U.S. officials can detain immigrant children thus doing the same for their parents, which Ortiz said motivates many of the false relationships.
The problem became so prevalent that the agency began carefully tracking fraudulent family cases in the Rio Grande Valley, after agents noticed a heightened use of fake documents. In fiscal year 2018, Ortiz reported 600 instances.
Recently, border patrol agents rescued a 4-month-old Honduran child from a man falsely identifying himself as her father.. he admitted purchasing the ... Agents later discovered it wasn't the illegal immigrant's first time using a child to avoid long-term federal custody. In 2013, records revealed he smuggled an 8-year-old child across the border, claiming he was the father. They were released from federal custody because they received a family unit designation.

I can understand some of them using whatever means they can to get in.
It’s not legal or ethical and should be a permanent ban on ever getting
entry rights.
What’s missing from the bill are the rest of the enforcement provisions from the ONE TIME amnesty of 32 years ago. The list goes like this - 1) the southern border barrier 2) eVerify permanence 3) birthright citizenship per Minor v Happersett (plural citizen parents) 4) end all chain migration 5) end H1b, F1, and visa lottery 6) moratorium on new applications for citizenship for 10 years (40 years to allow assimilation and downsize automated work force). Anything less is a threat to We the People. No border + no voter id = ?? (if you can’t figure it out you shouldn’t be voting)
Also do quick DNA tests and matching. That CAN now be done quickly with current equipment and technology.
Personally I don’t care if they are their kids or someone elses. Turn them all away. DNA tests. Pfffftttt!
That fits a good number of turd polishing Freepers.
As cruel and “Revelationary” as it may sound, I think we should microchip each and every one coming across or that we catch. Names can change, looks can change, but a quick scan for the microchip would positively identify “who” each and every one is the next time they come in contact with law enforcement.
and they can’t just exchange or give their microchip to some one else or rip it out some how?
Yes, I guess they could remove a chip depending on the location of implantation, but . . . A good surgeon just might be able to recover the rice-grain size older microchip, a more than exceptional surgeon might be able to locate and remove the really small ones out now, but it is incredibly hard to locate the chip at postmortem when you are not concerned with tissue damage.
And the dims do not care. They do not care if a child is bought and sold, or rented. Or becomes trafficked for work or prostitution. Nothing to see here.
El Chapo sent $100 million bribe to Mexican president Nieto..
How much did Schumer & Pelosi get?
