Idiotic statement. There is zero difference. Despite hit TV shows, there is no such thing whatsoever as a “person of interest’ legally. It is a weasel term made up by the FBI when they were framing the hero of Atlanta Richard Jewel.
A true hero.
While he lived long enough to be exonerated it was a tragedy he died as young as he did and in relative obscurity.
