Lived in the state on and off for 15+ years. At first the Hmong migrated to the area. They are basically Cambodians who came their with church backing, set up their own section to live in and produced for the economy.
Then it changed and the Somalis came as it was openly known as a welfare type state, that had “ open value” systems re immigrants....
Lots of good people there , but suffers from the same big city liberal thinking found on the coasts....
