Oh, that's not true. Lots of un-elected Congressional staffers have read the parts of it which they wrote. If there's one thing Democrats and Republicans in Congress can agree on, it's spending other people's money, and they trust their staffers to write up ways to do that.

I really don’t care what the Fake Congress does. This is SOP, not to read. When the DeathCare bill was going to a vote, I asked Mike Castle to object and have the bill read. He was shocked and refused.

Fake Congress critters are products of our schools, public and private. They never learned how to read. These people who if unemployed would rob old people, rape women, sell drugs and kill with no remorse. In other words, continue what they already do. Except it would be on our streets.

Beat me to it. Each congresscritter should be required to certify that they have read and understand any bill they are going to vote upon. When a quorum have responded, hold the vote. Unread legislation should get an automatic veto.
