I often think that if given the chance to appear before a Congressional committee, when addressed by a confrontational member whose mission was to bluster, whether I’d be bold enough to pull out a magazine and begin to read it. As I was there to offer testimony and not receive a lecture, that is how I wish I would react.

Her rudeness is understandable. Where she comes from, Jews don't serve in government. In fact other than a stray or two, they don't exist. And of course Jews support genocide against "people of color", they commit it against palestinians. Not very well, since there are a lot left. Alternatively, she's a Democrat.
