Well, I didn’t sign on to ride for the government brand. The government doesn’t pay me every month to work for them; I pay them every month to work for me.
Trump is the best thing for our country since Reagan, but Trump has never claimed to own the country. He has asked us to send him to Washington so he can represent us.
Trump is our guy but he will be the first to tell you he has already made some bad personnel choices. Barr could be another bad choice but I don’t absolutely know that.
I would certainly not call Mr Trump a government guy. Just the opposite and that’s why he got elected. I have no reason to complain about what he is doing, what he is trying to do is very difficult and given that both parties are not really happy about it, I’ll give him the credit that he is due.
It will be interesting to see what happens on this forum tomorrow when we know the details of the budget deal. Lots of people will be in full cry trying to throw Trump under the bus.
