I’d prefer recognizing and implementing executive presidential authority, over being “pretty smart” and wasting time trying to out-deal and out-negotiate fools, treasonists, and seditionists. Congress is past due for a disinfecting.
Two thousand a day invade America. Been going on for years. Ten states have 4.5 million court-case-designated anchor babies. Invasion is not a civil right just because you’re a non-white.
In the face of the crimmivasion the President has every right to take both immediate and long term measures to prevent such an invasion.
