Great Idea, State will build the wall!!!!!!!!!!! Trump needs too get behind this and pay them back somehow.
This would also be an avenue for private donations. I think we can easily raise several billion just from private donations if the people had confidence that the money would be used for wall building and not for something else. I would be much more likely to kick in $100 to the state of Texas than to the federal government.
Have the "Build The Wall" folks do it for him.
