Well, the mayor of Tijuana is smart. The caravan is very bad for business in Tijuana. My bet it the US citizens are avoiding it as much as possible.
The Mexican communist government will always privately side with the street rabble. You know? Viva la Revolution. Headshake.
Publicly the Mexican Government will try to avoid openly saying that. Trump can really hurt them if they provoke him.
