I'm not saying she's ugly, but she sure isn't glamorous. She looks like a cartoon character, with a grin like a horse and eyes like a bug; I'd bust out laughing before planting a kiss on her!
Just because Occasional Cortex isn’t epically hideous (like Al Green and Rosa DeLauro), that doesn’t make her pretty. She’s just better looking than the 90 percent of Rat congresswomen who are vomit-inducing FUGLY.
Most importantly, OC is an indiotic uneducated buffoon, and she has no idea how stupid she is, how stupid she sounds. She needs to be mocked and ridiculed for every stupid thing she says and does.
