1993 WTC bombing survivors, still got nothing a quarter century later. How did I get lucky enough to be in the only terrorist attack without any sort of compensation or assistance given to the victims?
Yep...I had no idea this kind of thing is taking place and have never heard of the OVC or CalVCB, I suspect they haven’t been widely publicized.
