It’s not just illegal for them to buy a gun, it is illegal for them to even possess a gun, just holding one in their hands is illegal. Look at (g)(5) here:
You're right. I knew that but didn't think of it earlier. That should put the employers in some serious hot water ... if we had a reliable justice system.
