Yes he is fixated and yes, it seems to be an obsession with him.
Someone needs to come out and ask him point blank: why are you fixated on this issue; are you homosexual and if so the question needs to be asked: do you hate women because is well known that homosexuality is rooted and grounded in hatred of women; if you hate women, then you are not fit for the job.
