I don’t think it was intentional but you could tell she felt slighted. My husband said maybe Spkr Pelosi ought to think about her relationship with the President then maybe he’ll remember next time.
She was the first one he addressed, Madam Speaker, followed by Pence, the Congress, and the lovely First Lady.
