Excessive alcohol consumption by a 19 year old Hispanic kid named Cruz Alejandro Martinez (who I now suspect was an illegal) resulted in the death of my brother back in October 2001 in California......Not cigarettes.

Funny how these holier than tho nico nazis don't give a thought to banning alcohol which has been the greatest destroyer of lives and families than tobacco has since it was first discovered........
