Former Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.) on Monday came to the defense of Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam (D), saying he shouldn't yet resign despite the revelation that his medical school yearbook page included a racist photo.
Lieberman said during an interview on CNN that there has been a "a rush to judgment that is unfair to" Northam.
"One, he says he wasn't in that picture. Two, I think we ought to fairly ask him, did he know the picture was on his page of the yearbook? And three, he ought to be judged in the context of his whole life," Lieberman said.

Really, Joe? Do you not know how yearbooks work? This wasn't on a random page somewhere in the book; it was his page; inside the border with his bio.

Northam should resign but it has nothing to do with someone putting some black shoe polish on their face. First, this guy is a physician and has violated his Hypocratic oath by justifying the cold-blooded murder of a baby. This guy is supposed to protect ALL the citizens of his state but he is openingly killing for killing some of them.
Joe is right, but this country is governed by political correctness. You must submit to the mob. Trump bucked the tide with Kavanaugh. And the Dems will not let go even after the confirmation.

Northam’s replacement, Fairfax, shares the same opinion on abortion, up to and including infanticide. He would sign the same bill if it ever got to his desk.
The Dems want Northam out because he revealed the Dems’ real position on abortion, including killing children outside the womb as well as inside it. Only 7 countries allow abortion beyond five months, including the US. The others are China, North Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, the Netherlands, and Canada.
