Are you saying we should actually consider 15/20/30/40 year old "charges" as a viable barometer?
When I was 12, I got caught stealing a 39 cents squirt gun from Woolworth store...never stopped me from high-end clearance for my military career even though it was a documented and provable event...maybe I only think I'm trustworthy today but nobody should leave me unattended in their homes.
