Should be, but may not be. These are powerful entities being sued, and all they need to do is shop around for an Obama-appointed judge, who can gut the cases on a technicality.
It happened to the Duke lacrosse kids (who didn’t get anywhere near what was reported, because a leftist judge
threw much of their cases out, saying federal civil rights laws did not apply to them — nor to anyone else except descendants of slaves). Hence they were out of luck.
Expect the Empire to strike back, rather than be brought to heel.
